I received a free kindle copy of Geezer Paradise (A Barny, Willie, & Oscar Mystery Book 1) by Robert Gannon in a free Amazon promotion in exchange for a fair review.

I gave Geezer Paradise almost five stars. Some of the situations these characters discovered, simply were not believable. Barney & Willie are buddies in Florida who are threatened by a corporation to lose the landwhere their mobile homes are parked. They fight back with all the tools they can find.

They rode out a hurricane in a tree house & left it right before it exploded. Oscar is a chimpanzee that is perpetually called a money throughout the book. He's supposed to be a 'watch' monkey but he swilled beer & passed out the first night there.

Well developed characters & it's a fun book to read.
