The Case of the Missing Monkey, is the first book in the series The High-Rise Private Eyes. The series is written by Cythia Rylant and is about two animals who are detectives, Bunny Brown and Jack Jones. In this book they go out to eat for breakfast at The Grill Next Door where they find out that Mac has a case that needs to be solved about a missing glass monkey that was sitting next to the cash register. Using their detective skills they solve the case.
