Per le raccolte di racconti Urania leggo i racconti in ordine sparso e li recensirò singolarmente.
Al momento ho letto:

- Quarto Reich (3/5) - Tentativo, tutto sommato abbastanza riuscito, di fantascienza ucronica dalle forti tinte horror. Finale superprevedibile, altrimenti sarebbero state 4 stelle. Scritto mediamente bene e godevolmente corto. Avrei apprezzato un po più di Messico, dove si svolge la storia, che avrebbe fatto da bel contrappunto ai suoi protagonisti tedeschi.

Light, amusing crime story set in an advertising company. I never mind reading about corruption in advertising. This time, a baby food campaign leads to blackmail and murder.

Murder at Heartbreak Hospital by Henry Slesar
The kind of book that makes you wish you had learned to speed read, if only out of respect for the author, a stalwart contributor to the mystery mags for many years. I, for one, though, can't read fast enough to get through this spoof of soap operas (do we really need another one of those?) without experiencing a gnawing sense of guilt at a pair of lost evenings. Perhaps Slesar had the same feeling, since he hurries through the proceedings so quickly that he forgets his hero's name: for a page or two, William Troy abruptly becomes Troy Weyland, before stepping back into character.… (more)
